RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges for full-priced items can be made within 14 days of purchase date with a receipt and will be refunded to the customer by the original payment method. Items must be in unused condition and have original tags (if applicable, like clothing). Gift receipts will receive store credit. 

Sale items and jewelry are final sale. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All online sales are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. 

Please note that holidays may delay processing/shipping times.

Shipping costs are a flat rate based on your order total.

$19.99 and under: $4.95 shipping

$20-$49.99: $7.95 shipping

$50 and above: $10.95 shipping

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. 

Your order cannot be changed and/or canceled after it has shipped. 

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States. 

In store pick-up is free and available during store hours:

Monday-Saturday: 10am-6pm

Sunday: 10am-5pm

You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up. 

Deena’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check that all shipping information is correct at checkout. If you suspect your package has been lost/stolen based on the tracking information provided, we recommend customers get in contact with their local post office for the most efficient resolution.
